Return/Refund Policy

Shiny India will exchange/refund any faulty items or incorrect items sent completely free of cost. Once your returns request is accepted, you can choose to ask for a refund or an exchange. The damaged/incorrect product will be picked up from the delivery address by our courier partner within 3-5 working days of the acceptance of the returns request.

The refund/exchange process will be completed within 10 days of us receiving the defective/incorrect product in our warehouse.

REFUND POLICY 

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • If order is cancelled before delivery

* Package lost in transit

* Product damaged in transit

* In case Shiny India sent a wrong item by mistake

Refund will be initiated once the returned product reaches our warehouse and is verified as a genuine return.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before the delivery of the order. Once the delivery has been made, the order will be considered complete.

To cancel the order, please send us an email with the order ID and cancellation request on sales@shinyindia.ca
